In order to make sure you find the rental you want, we personally give tours to each prospective tenant. Many of our landlords choose us to provide basic repair and maintenance services, so you can contact us for quick service.

Property Owners

Our Property Management Team can provide whatever level of service is best for your needs. We offer basic tenant placement and screening services, as well as full-service mortgage, bill payment and maintenance services.

When the tenant is ready to rent, we do a thorough check including credit history and employment verification. We also check with the tenant's past landlords to ensure that you only have the highest quality people living at your properties.

Ebbert's Heritage GMAC Real Estate maintains a list of vendors, so you can let the tenants call us when problems arise.
