Lynn White, Broker Associate

As Rental Property Manager and Associate Broker with Ebbert's GMAC Real Estate and Ebbert’s Property Management, Lynn can help with any of your Real Estate needs -- buying or selling your home, renting a home, purchasing, selling, or managing rental property. Lynn has been an active agent since 1991, all with Ebbert's.

Lynn is a Native Californian, and a Central Coast resident since 1971 with a BS in Computer Science from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, where she Graduated with honors.

Her Real Estate designations include:

Better Homes and Gardens "Advantage" Training, GMAC "Residential Marketing Master" designation and "Senior Residential Marketing Master" designation; “Quality Service Certified;” and National Association of Realtors “ePro” designation.

Lynn has served on Several Lompoc Board of Realtor Committees, including: Ethics and Pro-Standards, Grievance, Education, Property Management, Awards, Nomination, and Relay for Life.

She is a graduate of Lompoc Police Department's "Crime Free Housing" and “Citizen’s Police Academy” courses and an active Member of the Santa Barbara Rental Property Association.

She and husband Chuck have been married for 25+ years and have three grown children and two grandchildren (so far).
